 Imagining you are no more in this world. You are disconnected from life, your name can't be heard again, leaving loved ones in a mournful state, all the painful and hurtful memories seizing. You might wonder what must have put you in this state, but definitely, no one to give an answer. Whatever agenda you left behind may either be carried on or abandoned! If you have not accomplished anything which gives a mark about you, then you might be forgotten though not so soon.

To reality: Life is just too short to meander about, living it full of expectations and giving its worth is a must! We can either live an influential(with meaning, affecting positively) or insignificant (no meaning). Living an influential life,with positive change in the lives of the society makes you play a vital role in life.

In essence, we should live a life, free of worries! Act what is right! Taking notes of kind of friends which provides a good bond! Pour out love to our family and relations.

 Setting and sticking to your healthy boundaries is a form of self love and self care.  Having a clear outline of what your standards and boundaries are helps to navigate all aspects of life. The power of saying “No, it's in my contract, I don't ”. Command respect. Stop being overruns and overwhelmed by others.  What drives people pleasing??? Guilt, a lack of self forgiveness, the need for validation, to be viewed as good, a giver , a martyr, a victim. What's the win?? Attention, coddling, playing victim. Snap out of this!!! People will take advantage of you and the cycle won't end leaving you feeling resentful,angry, foolish and out of control. You can step up for yourself, put yourself first and when you do , you will feel way better.
